We
teach during the peak windy season from
November to May.
We do give classes also in low season, depending on the wind, but you need
to contact us first.
NOTE:
Average time to learn all the basics from stations of the wind
window, kite safety, water relaunch, bodydrag and up to the "waterstart" with
the board is 6 to 9 hours.
SOME FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE LEARNING CURVE ARE:
- Student ability
- Sailing, kite flying, and other board-sport experience
- Student weight
- Wind strength and direction…
It
is advised to bring the following items for your class:
- Sunscreen lotion
- Beach/water shoes (Tevas, water socks)
- Rashguard or an extra T-Shirt
